Dear Friends,

It's my pleasure to present you the second newsletter of BANA. I would like to thank all the individuals associated with BANA for their continued support.

I am happy to announce that our most important event, Diwali is going to be celebrated this year in Queens, New York. BANA had owed this to New Yorkers for a long time. We hope New Yorkers will take this opportunity to turn up in huge numbers and make this event a grand success. The event venue is:

I must emphasize the need for volunteers for the Diwali event. If you are willing to help in any acitivity for this event, please contact respective executive members. Wedding:
BANA would like to congratulate Anil/Saroj Kumar on marriage of their daughter. BANA family wishes the new couple a very happy and long married life.


New Arrivals:
BANA welcomes its newest member Anuj (7 lbs 6 ounces), born on Sept 14 at Yale New Haven Hospital. His proud parent's are Mukesh and Ms Shailja Roy. Mukesh and Shailja also have an 18 months old son Ajay. Mukesh is the eldest son of BANA's President Dr. G. N. Roy.
We congratualate Roy family and send our best best wishes to the newborn.

New Arrivals:
Congratulations to Rajesh and Madhulika on being blessed with son Rohin. Indeed young Rohin is quite a trend setter to take up the 2nd biggest newborn's position in JFK. It must have been a tough competition for an Indian to be there. BJANA welcomes Rohin to this world and wish him all the best in life.
