Diwali 2004 was a great success.
We had a very entertaining MC Ms. Mala Ji. Sanjay was great
with his songs and jokes. The dance by
Tashi was mind blowing. All other artists
starting from Ms. Veena, TCS crew, Prerana, Nishtha, Mr. Mathur, Varun Mishra, Sanjay Sahay, Shruti, Ankita were
wonderful.
We were so happy to see Dr. G.N. Roy at the event. For those
of you
who don't know, Dr. Roy is going through some very difficult
time. We
were not expecting him at the event, but it was so nice of
him to attend. We pray to God to give him strength to face this difficult
time in his life.
Sincere thanks to all the volunteers
and working committee who spent countless
hours in making this event a great sucess. Thanks
to Mr. Ajoy Sinha for managing the whole event starting from
arranging
the delicious food, booking the hall and to inviting the
chief guest.
Thanks to Mr. Pankaj Sinha for compiling the Vaishali magazine
along with fund raising; Sanjay for taking
complete control of the cultural event - what a tough job; Mr.
BB Mishra and his all the family members for decorating the
hall, bringing
all the drinks etc. Several other boys whose names I don't
know were very helpful
at the event.
Several people worked very hard in the background which doesn't
get noticed. I must
thank Sarika, Shalini, Ranjana Ji, Sudhansu Prasad, Gopal
Sinha, Rakesh Sinha and
Mr. Uday Varma for all the hard work they have put in making
this event a sucess.
